  2. Provide the order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the desired replacement.
  3. Our customer support team will guide you through the return shipping process and provide you with a return label.
  4. Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will ship the replacement item to you.

Return Process

If you wish to return an item for a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide the order number and the item you wish to return.
  3. Our customer support team will guide you through the return shipping process and provide you with a return label.

Non-Eligible Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for exchange or return:

  • Items purchased during a sale or promotional period.

Shipping Costs

For exchanges or returns due to sizing issues or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if the item received is defective or incorrect, Darkaar will cover the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return or exchange to ensure its safe arrival. Darkaar is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during the return shipping process.
